Returns Policy & Procedure

All decorated (embroidered or printed) products are non-returnable. Please ensure you order the correct size and product for the course you are going to be attending.

When trying on items please take reasonable care not to mark or damage them. Please try your boots on indoors. This will not only ensure that they stay clean until you know they fit, it'll also help prevent damage from occurring.

Boots and Trousers can be returned. They must be returned in the original sales condition, including packaging, all tags and labels must be intact.

 

I need to return a non-decorated product
Please contact Direct Trade to request a return authorisation number before sending your product.

You are required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods and the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service. Popular services are Royal Mail’s Recorded and Special Delivery Services.

For exchanged products you will also need to pay for postage of the replacement item.

 

I need to return a faulty product
